AiGenTrax was founded in 2022 by Rahul Upadhyay in Pune, Maharashtra — with a clear mission: to make businesses in Pune and across India AI-native.

At the time, most Indian SMBs were still managing leads in colour-coded spreadsheets, sending manual WhatsApp messages at 11pm, and running email blasts with 6% open rates. The tools existed to fix all of this. The expertise to implement them at business scale did not.

That is the gap AiGenTrax was built to close. Today, AiGenTrax serves 60+ clients across 7+ countries, with a team of 10+ specialists in AI automation, software engineering, SEO, and content strategy.
