The Problem
A Mumbai-based management consultant was spending 8–10 hours per week creating proposals for new clients. Each proposal required pulling data from three different sources, formatting it into a Word document, creating a custom pricing table, and sending a follow-up email 3 days later if no response. What We Built
AiGenTrax built a custom proposal automation tool using Next.js, Google Docs API, and Make.com:

The Results
The consultant went from 8–10 hours per week on proposals to under 45 minutes. Proposals that previously took half a day now took 15 minutes. Follow-ups were never missed. The consultant redirected approximately 40 hours per month to billable client work — recovering the project cost within 6 weeks.
